Ok…I have been experimenting with protein ball flavours for a long time now & I have hit the nail on the head!
I was so happy with the outcome of these protein balls I wanted to share with you the recipes!!!
These 3 protein ball flavours- AMAZING Recipes Below
Vanilla, coconut, fruit and nut.-1/2 soaked dates-3/4 cups shredded coconut-1 x large scoop vanilla protein powder-1x cup fruit and nut mix-1x tsp vanilla essence
Double choc peanut butter-1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter-1/2 cup shredded coconut-1/2 cup rolled oats-1/2 cup dark choc chips-1 x scoop chocolate protein powder-1/2 cup soaked dates
Banana Biscoff-1/2 cup soaked dates-1 x large scoop banana protein powder-1 x large tbsp biscoff spread-1/2 oats-1/2 shredded coconut-Pinch of cinnamon
Method 1. Soak dates in boiling water for 10 minutes and use these for the base of every protein ball.
2. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend till a smooth consistency.
3. If the balls are to dry, add 2 tbsp of water from the dates. Or if too wet, add oats or coconut.
4. Roll batter into balls using 1x tbsp and place in fridge overnight or for 2-3 hours. Also can roll protein balls in shredded coconut for variety.
